Case Study: Custom Need For Lease-Purchase Processing Solution Arch Subscriber: Chilton Financial Corporation (CFC). CFC has been an Arch subscriber since 2002. Objective: Build a custom Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system that interfaces and populates a proprietary web based system to automatically handle incoming requests for information and consumer qualification for participation in the Lease-Purchase Program offered by the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG).

Result: The development consisted of custom coding to capture consumer information and engage proprietary algorithms to determine the caller's eligibility for a mortgage product. All information captured is stored in a database for reporting and statistical purposes. All data for consumers who respond through the telephone is accessible via a back-end system delivered through the Internet. The system was so effective that the CFS was able to track consumer interest and deliver this information to the ABAG so that they can work with municipalities to issue bonds to raise money for the Lease-Purchase program.
