With that in mind, we created Arch Call Coordinator Service (CCS) to help maximize your valuable time and ensure that you immediately follow-up on every hot lead. CCS has recently been brought completely in-house with our own operators and the results and feedback tremendous.  Much better contact rate and better conversion rates!

 

Arch CCS operators call each lead that has accessed an extension number on your Powerline™ Interactive Voice Response System. Using information you provide, the operators use a series of scripted questions to qualify buyers, list available properties, determine whether or not the prospect has been pre-qualified by a mortgage professional and obtain a referral. Operators will generally respond to leads within fifteen minutes of the originating call.

What's New at Arch

Web Portal Updates

With recent updates to Arch’s web portal, you are able to quickly and easily manage your account. Just point and click.

 

Using your Login ID and Password, you can utilize all of the following features, and many more. 

 

To access your account:

  1. Go to www.archtelecom.com
  2. Click on the top toolbar “Customer Center”
  3. Click on “Online Reports/Account”
  4. Enter your Powerline™ # in the Login ID
  5. Enter your Password

 

 

Pull a Price Reduction Report

Retrieve a Powerline report to support a suggested price reduction for one of your listings.

  1. Click on Reports

  2. Select Powerline Report

  3. Click on Filter by Extension or Source Digit

  4. Select the extension for the listing in question as well as two or three other comparable properties that have received a higher volume of calls.

  5. Click on Output Formatting

  6. Select Extension under Primary Sort Order

  7. Click Get Report

     

Password and Login Recovery

Want to manage your account online but have misplaced your password? With just the click of your mouse, you can request a link to be sent to you via email. This link will allow you to re-set your password. Once you receive the newly-assigned password, log back on to the portal and change the password to one of your choosing.  

  • Log on to your account thru the Arch homepage, leaving the Password field blank

  • You will be re-directed to the Customer Portal

  • Click Forgot Password

  • Enter your contact email address in the field provided

  • Your new password will be emailed to you in minutes

  • Assign a password of your choosing

How long will my Powerline™ extensions remain active on my system?

 

Your recordings will be kept indefinitely provided that you access your Powerline mailbox, either by phone or web portal, at least once every 90 days. If there has been no call activity to an extension and your mailbox has not been logged into within a 90 day period, the extension will be deleted. You can read our complete data retention policy here.

 

I need a summary report of call activity for all of my properties. However, I would like to see call totals for the extensions. Will your system do this automatically?

 

Such a report can be accessed by expanding the Output Formatting section of your Powerline report page within the portal. Select your primary sorting option and primary subtotal option (Extension in this particular case) and your report will sort and subtotal by extension. 

 

Source Digits and Mailbox (for multi-user systems) are other sorting and subtotal options available to you.

 

If you would prefer your summary report to have no call details and want subtotals only, select the Subtotals Only checkbox.
