registering through the Top Producer website
on a Corporate/Shared account, you must use
your 10 digit (80010XXXXX) mailbox number.
Top Producer will not properly register your
mailbox if you use the toll free number. If
you do not know your mailbox number, please
contact Customer Service.

Web Portal
Updates
With recent updates to Arch’s web portal, you
are able to quickly and easily manage your
account. Just point and click.
Using your Login ID and Password, you can
utilize all of the following features, and many
more.
To access your account:

Go to
www.archtelecom.com

Click on the top toolbar “Customer Center”
-
Click on “Online Reports/Account”
-
Enter your Powerline™ # in the Login ID
-
Enter your Password
View and Remove
Fax-on-Demand Documents
You may view any
fax-on-demand documents that you have attached
to extensions at any time.
-
Click on the
“Powerline” tab.
-
Click on View
in the Fax column for the the specific
extension you would like to see. Your
document will open.
-
Click Remove in
the Fax column for the extension if you
would like to permanently remove the
document.
View Fax
Mail Documents
Those using Arch's
Fax Mail service can manage their received faxes
online. You can view, delete and archive past
faxes.

Click on the
Voice & Fax Mail tab.
-
Received faxes
are labeled in the Type column as Fax.
-
The Controls
column contains three functions: View,
Archive, Delete.
-
Click View and
the fax document will open for viewing.
-
Click Delete to
permanently delete the document.
-
The Archive
function primarily affects which faxes will
be faxed if you use the "Sending new faxes
to this fax number" function over the phone
menu. Once a message has been archived, a
new 90 day clock will start with regards to
our
Data Retention and Aging Policy.
Change

Mailbox tab

Enter your
Current Password

Enter your
preferred password in the New Password and
Confirm New Password fields.

Click Save
Settings.

Why does my call report not show all calls into
my system?
In
order for your call report to show all calls, you
must expand the Calls To Include section on
the Powerline Report request page. When expanded,
select all types of calls: Extension Access, Hangup, Login, Zero Transfer,
Invalid Extension and Fax Mail. Selecting Invalid
Extension is an excellent tool to ensure you do not
have any unrecorded extensions advertised.
I would like to reduce
my mileage radius that my FSBO Service covers. Can I
do this myself?
Yes, you can manage this feature directly through
the Customer Portal. Log in to the Portal and go
to the FSBO tab. Enter your desired radius in the
Mileage field. The maximum radius allowed is 50
miles.
