Spotlight - Marketing Foreclosures

Across the country, the national foreclosure rates are have raised anywhere from 50 to 400% over the same time period in 2006.  A potential homebuyer cannot open a newspaper or access a website without being inundated with articles about the number of bank owned properties available in the marketplace.

 

This presents an excellent chance for you to generate new leads, both on the buyer’s side and also uncover people who need to get out from under their current payments to avoid repossession of their home.

Product Spotlight - SMS / Text Messaging

Arch introduces our latest feature to the Powerline™ service - SMS (Short Messaging Service, often referred to as text messaging).

This new feature allows Arch subscribers to send a sms message directly to your prospects' cellular phone with detailed information about your properties.

How SMS / Text Messaging Works:

  • A prospect calls your 24-hour Powerline to find out more about one of your properties.

  • After listening to your property recording, the caller has the option of pressing 6 To Have the Information Sent to Your Cell Phone.

  • Arch will reply directly to the caller's cellular phone with two text messages. The first one will be a custom message that you have previously provided, and the second will be a business card with your contact information.

  • Subsequent releases will enable you to include pictures, graphics and harvest the caller's email.
     

Pricing: There is a $5 monthly fee for unlimited text messages with the service. To activate SMS/Text Messaging on your account please click here or give us a call at 800-882-9155.

 

 

What's New at Arch

Web Portal Updates

With recent updates to Arch’s web portal, you are able to quickly and easily manage your account. Just point and click.

 

Using your Login ID and Password, you can utilize all of the following features, and many more. 

 

To access your account:

  1. Go to www.archtelecom.com
  2. Click on the top toolbar “Customer Center”
  3. Click on “Online Reports/Account”
  4. Enter your Powerline™ # in the Login ID
  5. Enter your Password

 

 

Configuring Your SMS Information

After you create a regular extension you can add information to the listing that will be sent automatically upon request by the caller to their wireless phone. The caller will be sent two separate text messages; the first one will be information on the individual extension and the second will be your “Business Card” containing all of your contact information which will automatically be included with each extension. Each of these messages will be limited to 160 characters due to the constraints of the text messaging features.


Setting Up Your Business Card Message

  • Click on the “Powerline” tab

  • Choose the link “SMS/Text”

  • Enter your contact information inside of the “SMS Info” dialogue box

  • Choose “Save”

Setting up SMS for a Regular Extension

  • Click on the Powerline tab

  • Choose Edit under “Controls”

  • Enter the description inside of the SMS Info box

  • Choose Save Extension

 

Update Credit Card Information

You may go online at any time and update your credit card information (credit card number, expiration date).   

  • Log on to your account thru the Arch homepage

  • Click on the Billing tab

  • Click Change Credit Card

  • After entering changes, click Save Changes

Ask Arch

I accidentally deleted the last few emails from my FSBO Service. Can I have those resent?

 

All of your for sale by owner data is accessible at any time within our Web Portal. The FSBO data is available in both summary and detailed formats for the last 90 days. 

 

I understand that my Arch leads can be automatically imported into my Top Producer. How do I set this up?

 

To setup up the Top Producer auto import,

1. Open Top Producer Online

2. From the "Contacts" tab choose "Leads" from the drop down menu

3. Select "Lead Setup" from the menu on the left side of the page

4. Choose "Add a web site"

5. Enter the following information

- Lead Provider Name: Other

- URL: https://portal.archtelecom.com/

portal/topproducer.aspx

- User Name: Powerline Mailbox Number

- Password: Default Powerline Password

- Click "OK"

 

Shared/Corporate Users must use your 10 digit (80010xxxxx) mailbox number. Top Producer will not properly register your mailbox if you use the toll free number. If you do not know your mailbox number, please contact Customer Service.
