as Powerline are normally processed within one business day.
Regarding setup of the system, you can literally be up and
running in 15 minutes.

Will my toll-free number be accessible
nationwide?
Yes. Your number is accessible nationwide and if needed, can
be set so it can be accessed from Canada. However, if you
prefer we can limit the calling area for your toll-free number
to area codes that you specify.
Can I use a toll-free number
that I already own?
Certainly. We will provide a simple form for you to complete
and return to us. We then submit the proper paperwork to obtain
the number from your current carrier.
Does Arch require a contract
commitment?
No. Your account is strictly month-to month and can be closed
at any time.
Is
Caller ID technology used for Arch's call capture capabilities?
Many of Arch's services provide call capture as a feature.
However, Arch uses ANI Call Capture technology to identify
these calls, not Caller ID. Though similar, the two technologies
do have subtle differences. For instance, Caller ID Blocking
has no effect on ANI Call Capture. The number is still captured
whereas with Caller ID, the number would be unavailable.
