Call Detail Reports
Call Routing
Call Routing utilizes a single 800 number to deliver callers to
the desired location the first time. Eliminate time consuming transfers,
listing of multiple phone numbers and wasted employee time. (see

Exchange Routing
Exchange routing is a service provided by Arch
Telecom which allows users to utilize a database of "exchange
to destination" entries to best route their calls. For example:
A caller places a call to (800) 555-1024 from (212) 555-1212 which
arrives on one of the Arch Telecom switching platforms. The Arch
Telecom customer that owns the (800) 555-1024 number subscribes
to the exchange routing service and has populated their database
with entries for many exchanges. The Arch Telecom switching platform
looks in this database to find the best match for the incomming
call and routes the call to the specified destination, all in a
fraction of a second.
Arch Telecom works with a company that specializes in building exchange
routing tables based on geographic and other criteria. Feel free
to contact us for details.

Fax-on-Demand
If you fax repeated items such as brochures,
order forms, and sales information let the Arch Fax-on-Demand (FOD)
system work for you. Callers can choose from unlimited fax information
automatically. The fulfillment may be replaced instantly by you.
FOD reports let you know callers ANI, city, state, name and address
where available, and fax file requested. FOD reports can be requested
on-demand.
Fax-Back (IVR)
Each listing may optionally have a fax document
attached to it, which callers are able to have sent to their fax
machine upon request. Each listing may only have one fax document
attached to it, but the document can be as many pages as necessary.
For any listing for which you have made a faxback document available,
the caller will have the option to request the document. During
or after playback of the listing recording, they can press 3 to
request the fax document. The system then prompts them for their
phone number. After validating the phone number, the system will
queue the document for delivery. Transmission of the fax document
usually starts within one minute. Any faxback requests are noted
on your call detail fax, complete with the caller's fax number.

Menu Systems
Menu Systems provide caller options for transferring
to various locations. A numeric menu enables callers to choose a
predetermined destination eliminating personnel intervention.
Multi-location & On-site Transfer
When a call is received at your location you
can transfer via a predetermined code (On Site Auto) or manually
(Multi Location) that call to any other location without occupying
any of your lines. Arch is the only provider of this service.

Private IVR
A private IVR 800 number is one where a single mailbox controls
all listings in the IVR system. There is a single password used
for access, all voice mail and call detail logs are associated with
a single mailbox, and all charges for system usage appear on a single
bill.

Shared IVR Systems
A shared IVR 800 number is one where many people
share the same 800 number. Each user has their own mailbox and manages
their own listings and receives voice mail responses and call log
faxes relating to only their listings. Callers can enter any listing
number when they call the shared 800 number. Each user gets billed
only for those calls where a caller selects one of their listings.
Users may be billed on a single bill, with charges grouped by user,
or each user may get an individual bill.
Shadow Listing
A shadow listing is used to create another appearance
of an existing listing in the same IVR system. For example, say
your friend, who has another mailbox in the same shared IVR system,
has created listing 200, and has had the listing recording professionally
recorded by a recording studio. You want to create listing 300 in
your mailbox, but use the same recording as your friend did for
listing 200. You can do this by creating a shadow listing (number
300) which points to their listing (number 200). This way, when
a caller accesses listing 300, they will automatically hear the
professional recording your friend has on file for listing 200.
But, since the caller entered 300, and 300 belongs to your mailbox,
your get billed for the call, will see the call on your call detail
log, and will receive any voice mail responses. Your friends
use of listing 200 is unaffected by your shadow listing.
Source Digit
This digit represents the listing's advertising
source. For example, you could advertise a piece of property in
three different newspapers, and each listing number would be nearly
the same except for the last digit.

Time Routing
Time routing is a service provided by Arch Telecom
which allows users to utilize a database of "exchange to time
sensitive destination" to best route their calls. For example:
A caller places a call to (800) 555-1024 from (212) 555-1212 at
8:00AM which arrives on one of the Arch Telecom switching platforms.
The Arch Telecom customer that owns the (800) 555-1024 number subscribes
to the time routing service and has populated their database with
entries for many exchanges. The Arch Telecom switching platform
looks in this database to find the best match for the incomming
call and routes the call to the specified "open" destination,
all in a fraction of a second.
Arch Telecom works with a company that specializes
in building exchange and time routing tables based on geographic
and other criteria. Feel free to contact us for details.
Travel Card
Allows the user to use their 800 number as a
calling card, thereby having long distance access wherever the customer
wants it. (see Travel Card )

Pager Integration
The Arch voice mail system is easy to use, secure and fully featured.
Callers phone number, city, state, and time are automatically
played back for accurate message taking. You may integrate the system

Zero Transfer
Zero Transfer allows your callers to be transferred
to the telephone number you pre-designate by pressing 0 on their
telephone. For private IVR, the zero transfer configuration will
apply at any time during the call. For shared IVR, the zero transfer
configuration you choose will apply only while one of your listings
is playing or has just finished playing.
