Your Arch toll-free Number packs several powerful features
that may be activated from any touch-tone phone. Below is
a set of instructions that describes how each feature may
be configured to increase your productivity. If you are unable
to configure any of these features, you may not have that
particular feature activated. To
activate a feature please call us at 1-800-890-7575.
How
To Use Your Travel Card
Note
that changes have been made to this feature. Arch no longer
supports the travel card feature that is tied to your own
toll-free line. However, you may still make outbound
calls through a generic calling card toll-free number that
has replaced this feature.
- Dial the Calling Card toll-free number 800-900-1483.
- When prompted, enter your Card number. This is
your authorization code that was used in the past with your
travel card.
- At the prompt, enter the 10-digit phone number that you
would like to dial.

How To Change
Where Your Toll-free Number Rings To
Via the
web
- Enter your toll-free number for the Login.
- Enter your password and click on the submit button.
Contact a customer service representative if you do not
have your password.
- Once logged in to the customer portal, click on the My
Mailbox tab.
- Enter the number you would like your toll-free number
to ring to in the Zero Xfer Destination field.
By
phone
- Dial your toll-free number.
- Press the * key.
- When prompted, enter your password.

have your password.
- From the Main Menu, Press 9 for Personal Options.
- Press 5 to Configure Call Routing.
- Press 1 to Configure Zero Transfer.
Restrict
Access to Your Toll-Free Number
Contact a customer
service representative to take advantage either of these features.
ANI Blocking is typically used when blocking a specific number
from calling your toll-free number. ANI Passing is best
used when you only want calls from particular parts of the
country.
