The Arch network stores all customer data on a network secured in a class-A commercial high-rise with 24 hour secured access and guard. Our center is manned 8am - 10pm CST. Our technicians are on call 24x7 and reside within minutes of our facilities. Our internal network and databases are secured by password access. Our web, e-mail and reporting servers are hosted at our ISP, and are separated from the internal network by a sophisticated firewall.

To ensure that no valuable data is lost, all client data is maintained on hardware designed with real-time redundancy of computing platforms enabling immediate fail-over protection in the event of a hardware failure. Backup power is provided by battery based UPS and an on-demand diesel generator ensuring that any fiber or electrical outage, no matter how severe, will not significantly effect our ability to deliver your data services when you need them.
