Transcription is ideal for companies
needing to collect limited, yet specific information from
their customers and prospects. Arch's Interactive Transcription
technology has been found to be much more effective than regular
voice mail systems. You are ensured to get all information
asked for.
Several pre-produced scripts
are available to capture different variations of name and
address information. Scripts range from complete name
and address to portions thereof, along with items such as
email address and fax number. Custom scripts can be created
as well if our current selection does not satisfy your needs.

the Call Capture feature by combining it with Transcription for
a variety of benefits:

and prospects. Request data via web based reports.
- Verify name and address information against
internal databases
- Reduce return mail charges

call volumes and reduce labor costs by allowing IVR applications
to handle tasks rather than operators.
The Technology
Arch's Interactive Transcription prompts callers for each piece
of information separately (i.e. first their name, then their address,
etc.). This is vital to the accuracy of results because callers
are not allowed to "forget" to leave a piece of information.
The collected information is then transcribed in-house and made
available through Web Reporting on the Arch website.
Turnaround
Transcription customers are guaranteed a "one business day"
turnaround time for completed transcription of survey responses,
though transcription may be completed sooner.
