| Frequently Asked Questions - Refinance
Line
What series of numbers can I
use as source digits?
Any digit from 0 through 9 can be used.
Can I re-record any of
the current question "stock" prompts that already
have been prerecorded on the Refinance Line?
Yes. The Refinance line allows you to record your own voice
over any of the standard recorded questions. However, you
must maintain the integrity of the question. Any other type
of changes will involve customizing.
Do I need to configure
a phone number for the "zero transfer" on the Refinance
Line?
Yes. When the caller reaches question #22 the system will
give them the option to press 0 to speak to a loan officer.
This feature will transfer the caller to the phone number
you have configured in the zero transfer feature.
How do I check my voicemail messages left on my Refinance
Line?
First, you will need to request a call report of your new
calls so that you have the response number that's given to
each call. The system will prompt you for a response number
when retrieving these messages. Once you have requested the
fax, follow the instructions for Retrieving Recorded Responses
in your Refinance Line Quick Start Guide.
How often can I request
"call detail reports" on the Refinance Line?
Call detail records can be requested as often as you'd like
from any destination. All fax-on-demand requests will incur
call charges.
When re-recording custom
question prompts, which password will I need to use when I
log into my system?
You will need to log into the system using the password that
was assigned to the mailbox for your Refinance Line.
Can I create a shadow
listing of the listing that has been pre-designated for the
Refinance Line.?
No. This procedure will cause internal technical problems
and will affect calls made to your Refinance Line.
Can more than one pager be notified of calls made into my
Refinance Line?
Yes. To have this feature added to your system you will need
to contact our customer service department.
