The
CCS operators will use a script that was designed
to qualify prospects that have listened to extensions
that play recorded property information. Scripts are available
for Realtors® as well as originators. Contact an Arch
representative if you would like to review the available scripts.
The
CCS operator makes every reasonable attempt to make the first
phone call within fifteen minutes of the
originating call. If no contact is made, the CCS operator
will call back on one hour intervals, leaving a voice mail
message on the third attempt.
Call Times*: Calls
will be made from
9:00 AM
to 7:00 PM Monday through Saturday
12:00 PM
to 7:00 PM Sunday in accordance to the Telemarketing
Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Callers that call outside
of the TCPA guidelines will be responded to on the next available
day.

Pricing:
There is no setup fee
for this feature. There is a $10
monthly service fee plus a per call charge
that is rated as follows:
$0 per call for
a phone record that is not dialable.
$5 per call for
a maximum of 3 attempts and contact made with prospect
