Clients may receive a $0.02 rate reduction on their per minute rate for each referral that activates the Powerline service. All per-minute rates apply to domestic U.S. only, and are based on six-second increments with a 12 second minimum. Calls from or to Canada have the same per-minute rate but are subject to a 30 second minimum. Calls to or from other non-domestic locations are subject to higher rates.
