DELIVERY
Ensuring
that your message is heard and responded to is knowing the
perfect time to reach your specific target market. We create
a customized Dial Schedule for each and every campaign detailing
the date and time messages are to be delivered, as well as
how quickly dials will be made based on our clients' specific
needs or requests for their Call Center's capabilities. Our
clients have final approval of each step in the process and
can make any needed changes to their Dial Schedule in a matter
of minutes.
5.
REAL-TIME REPORTING AND TRACKING
Our
real-time reporting and online management is an invaluable
tool for our clients. You can watch immediate results of your
campaign as they happen online. You have the ability to see
your Summary Report and/or Detail (total data) Report at your
convenience. If you prefer, our Creative Services team will
take care of all your reporting needs for you, sending your
designated reports to the distribution of your choosing upon
completion of your campaign. Either way, you'll have the detailed
results of your campaign exactly when you want them.
6.
CAMPAIGN SUMMARY
Our
Creative Services team works closely with executive management
to review client results, analyze them and provide fine-tuning
when needed. Other marketing tactics require months to adjust
the messaging. The flexibility of MarkeTouch Media's program
means tactical adjustments can be made to the script, recording
and database in a day, and often even less. MarkeTouch Media
can adjust the strategy immediately and ensure the continuing
success of your campaign. Once we've identified your strategy
and message, and the campaign has run its course, the detail
of each attempted call is provided in report form including
a campaign summary review and recommendation(s) for future campaigns.
